Your superhero strengths:

• Analyze and modernize IT infrastructure, focusing on storage, backup, and network architecture, including VMware vSAN and 5G.
• Consolidate IT admin tools and develop efficient asset management and replacement processes.
• Define and implement structured onboarding, change, and offboarding processes.
• Implement key security measures like 2FA, password safes, and BYOD rules in compliance with data protection requirements.
• Introduce fully digital workflows and structured IT knowledge documentation and backup.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT operations leadership or infrastructure projects, ideally in interim or project settings.
• Deep knowledge of hybrid Microsoft infrastructures, VMware environments, and modern storage solutions.
• Proven success in implementing standardized IT processes and governance structures.
• Experience in IT security concepts and developing mobile and BYOD strategies.
• Preferably, expertise in the healthcare or medical sector and handling sensitive data.
