Your superhero strengths:

• Capture, analyze, and specify business requirements in insurance and credit risk domains
• Develop Business Cases, Requirement Documents, Use Cases, and User Stories
• Act as a liaison between departments, IT, and external partners
• Support IT solution concepts and oversee implementation
• Conduct impact analyses for changes in systems or processes
• Participate in test planning, acceptance testing, and quality assurance
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
• Experience with agile and classic project methodologies
• Analytical thinking, strong communication, and facilitation skills
• Proficient in BPMN, UML, Jira, and Confluence
• Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English
