Job Description

Your superhero strengths:

• Responsibility for planning, coordinating, and managing all test activities within project environments.
• Creation and maintenance of test strategies, test plans, and test concepts.
• Close collaboration with project management, development, and other departments to ensure quality.
• Coordination of test resources and task assignments within the test team.
• Organization and execution of test meetings, reviews, and status reports.
• Monitoring and reporting of test progress, identifying risks, and bottlenecks.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and test processes.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in software test management, ideally in complex IT projects.
• Solid knowledge of test methods, test processes, and test automation.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams and working with agile and traditional project methods.
• ISTQB certification (minimum Foundation Level, Advanced Level is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, organizational talent, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in German (C1+); English is advantageous.
