• Professional technical consulting and support for clients' backup strategies
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring backup strategies and solutions
• Executing and documenting projects
• Analyzing and optimizing existing backup concepts and infrastructures
• Transitioning implemented solutions to the Managed-Service team
• Troubleshooting critical, central systems with clients
• Managing and maintaining backup systems, hardware, and software
• Building and transferring knowledge between clients, colleagues, and sales

Requirements

• Education with an IT focus or comparable professional experience in the IT field
• Several years of experience in backup and IT infrastructure
• Knowledge and at least 5 years of experience with Veritas NetBackup and/or CommVault
• Skills and know-how with various IT systems and applications
• Independent, structured, and meticulous work style
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
• Professional and respectful communication at eye level
• Team player
• Reliability and resilience, even in stressful situations
• Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel within Austria
