Your superhero strengths:

• Advanced knowledge in object-oriented development with .NET (.NET 8, ASP.NET, Entity Framework)
• Analytical and deep knowledge of SQL Server technologies (especially forensic)
• Understanding of full stack development
• Analysis of business cases and designing solution approaches
• Safe and cautious handling of production systems and live tests
• Strong team player with a sense of responsibility
• Project management skills are a plus (leading developer teams)
• Experience with detailed documentation for new developments
• Language: Mainly German, occasionally English at a technical level

Your tasks:

• 30-40%: Analysis of old systems, errors, and technical operations
• 30-40%: Designing solution approaches, technical architecture, project management
• 20%: Focused development work
• Friendly, constructive, solution-oriented, and communicative team
• Team composition:
  • 1 x Frontend Developer
  • 1 x Backend Developer (requiring more attention in the future)
  • 1 x UX Designer (part-time availability)
• Few regular meetings
• General availability: 09:00 - 16:00 would be beneficial (but flexible)
• 1-2 days in Vienna (sporadically, depending on team availability)
• Commitment to the project for at least the next 2 years is desired
