Your superhero strengths:

• Pega certification at the Senior System Architect (PCSSA) level
• Strong knowledge of current Pega architecture such as Enterprise-Class-Design, Application Layer Cake, Data Modeling, and Rule Resolution
• Proficiency in all phases of the SDLC, including design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and support of large, business-oriented, and process-based applications
• Experience in architecting custom API integrations with Pega, including designing and implementing interfaces like SOAP and REST
• Expertise in Case Management, Flow Design, Declare Expressions, Data Pages, SMA, and Log Analysis
• Mentorship for team members

Your tasks:

• Oversee, design, and implement Pega solutions, ensuring reusability across multiple business areas
• Develop optimal architecture and designs for applications/solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in designing, developing, and optimizing business processes on the Pega platform
• Support requirements analysis and risk mitigation planning during the sprint iteration/project lifecycle
• Supervise and lead coding, quality assurance, support, integration, and implementation aspects of Pega applications
• Develop and document reusable design and implementation methods, tools, and frameworks for cross-project use
• Conduct code reviews for developed Pega solutions to ensure adherence to coding standards
• Participate in developing custom system integration components based on business requirements
