Your superhero strengths:

• Oversee, design, and implement Pega solutions ensuring reusability across business units
• Develop optimal architecture and design for applications/solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team in designing, developing, and optimizing business processes on the Pega platform
• Assist in requirement analysis and risk mitigation planning during project lifecycle
• Supervise coding, quality assurance, support, integration, and implementation of Pega applications
• Develop and document reusable design and implementation methods, tools, and frameworks
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards
• Participate in developing custom system integration components based on business requirements

Requirements:

• Pega certification at the Senior System Architect (PCSSA) level
• Strong knowledge of current Pega architecture such as Enterprise-Class-Design, Application Layer Cake, Data Modeling, and Rule Resolution
• Proficiency in all phases of SDLC including design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and support of large, business-oriented, and process-based applications
• Experience in custom API integrations with Pega and designing/implementing interfaces like SOAP and REST
• Expertise in Case Management, Flow Design, Declare Expressions, Data Pages, SMA, and Log Analysis
• Mentorship skills for team members
