• Lead projects in sales environments with three technical partners
• Organize, plan, and steer all involved parties
• Communicate effectively with divisional management and board members
• Take charge of requirements management in projects with historical data and technical dependencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in active project management and organization
• Profound knowledge in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe
• Experience in IT Delivery Management and agile implementation
• Proficient in planning, budget management, and controlling
• Experience in IT Release Management with CI/CD Pipeline and weekly releases
• Leadership experience in cross-functional, agile teams
