• Initiate and onboard customer orders for software procurement.
• Oversee end-to-end processes including inquiries, offer collection, and deployment.
• Calculate product and service pricing both one-time and monthly.
• Coordinate software packaging and deinstallation processes.
• Manage software portfolios and ensure software packages are customer-ready.
• Support and coordinate between software development, lifecycle management, and clients.
• Analyze license consoles and develop synchronization concepts.
• Communicate with stakeholders and draft welcome emails.
• Advance and automate software management processes.
• Participate in projects as a stakeholder for software and licenses.
