• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Act as a Release Train Engineer, participating in user story mapping and aligning product roadmaps with PI releases.
• Prepare and conduct PI planning sessions.
• Manage end-to-end IT functionality and identify dependencies with subsystems.
• Handle defect management, focusing on defects from end-to-end testing.
• Oversee release management in coordination with UITS committees.
• Manage incidents and hotfixes efficiently.
• Coordinate cross-platform and product topics, including performance issues and alignment with other PMs/RTEs.
• Conduct ART retrospectives and apply project management disciplines, such as annual planning, risk management, and governance.
• Serve as a communication link to UITS lines not directly involved in the project.
• Work with platform teams on cross-topic areas like product upgrades and progress control.
