• Conduct business analysis for processes in the msg.Life Factory
• Interface with cross-functional teams with a focus on billing
• Develop specifications and business requirements
• Assist in the creation and approval of business concepts
• Expertise in migration procedures within the Life Factory
• Deep understanding of business processes and their integration with customer systems

Your qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and German (B2)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and team-oriented work style
