• Serve as a technical program leader for the Customer Platform
• Lead complex IT projects and programs in a dynamic environment
• Implement CRM systems for insurance sales
• Develop omnichannel product and tariff calculation programs
• Manage customer loyalty and campaign management applications
• Lead IT implementation teams and report at top management level
• Act as a Release Train Engineer for Customer and Sales Solution Retail Austria
• Coordinate IT implementations across Release/Value Trains
• Drive Agile Transformation for 16 implementation teams using SAFe methodology
• Organize PI Planning with up to 175 people/20 teams

Your qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and German (C2)
• Strong project management skills with agile methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of current technology trends
• High intercultural competence and willingness to travel
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
