• Lead and manage IT and organizational projects within the Oracle environment.
• Gather and process requirements in collaboration with various departments.
• Perform project controlling and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and hand over documentation.

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, IT, or Project Management.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally several years.
• Knowledge in Requirements Engineering.
• Structured, independent, and responsible work style.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong team and communication skills with confident presence.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database.
• Excellent IT user skills (MS Office).
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• Nice to have: IREB Certification.
