• Maintain high-quality standards and enthusiasm for software testing
• Participate in requirements reviews to ensure system and software requirements are met
• Design test cases based on end-to-end business processes of health insurance using a risk-based testing approach
• Focus on acceptance criteria to form the basis of testing at all levels
• Conduct experience-based and exploratory tests
• Collaborate proactively and constructively with colleagues to deliver highly functional and stable products
• Maintain a broad perspective even in detailed discussions

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience in the insurance industry, familiar with health insurance processes and transactions
• Independent, team-spirited, with a high willingness to learn and proactive, solution-oriented thinking
• Enjoy being part of a team with an understanding of the value of testing in an agile environment
• Precise, conscientious, and sustainable work with a strong quality awareness
• Fluent in German; English skills are an advantage
