Your superhero strengths:

• Develop concepts related to data quality measures and data requirements
• Perform geodata reconciliation and integration including gap analysis and identification of optimization potential
• Automate the merging and matching of geodata in GIS (esri Stack)
• Utilize algorithms and tools to identify and correct discrepancies
• Coordinate the implementation of developed concepts
• Contribute to the establishment of structured data quality management
• Document discrepancies and data gaps
• Derive measures to improve geodata quality in coordination with the process team
• Coordinate DQ ticket processing
• Design and create reports/documentation on data quality
• Document in Confluence

Your Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience in requirements engineering and concept development
• At least 5 years of experience in geoinformation systems, data management, and data quality management
• Technical skills in GIS systems, spatial analysis, network analysis, linear referencing, routing, and database management
• Experience in data analysis and typification
• Experience with data reconciliation and integration processes (and their automation)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and analyze complex data structures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to explain and document technical matters clearly
• Experience in agile working (SAFe/Scrum)
• Jira experience
• Ability to plan and execute projects independently
• Must-have tools and methods: GIS Toolstack (esri Stack, ArcGIS Enterprise V. 11.3), Python, Oracle, SQL, Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence), network analysis/routing, geoanalysis
